My first try with Mystical Lighting filters...adding some bright light in the left of the image
making the horse's blue eyes really pale, and then adding some fairy dust/stars... the filters
don't seem to have an "undo" like I am used to in Eye Candy, so I ended up picking a pre-
set and then just fooling around with the sliders. I kind of like this one.
