Using GoCubic Utility - FREE for the PC at
the time of this writing!
The link is below on the screen capture, as well as the
link to a nice little $50 MAC movie
creator. NOTE: This tutorial is for CYLINDRICAL panoramas only! I have not and
will
not be doing the "cubic" version which takes 6 matched images that will blend
the sky &
ground seamlessly.... for me, a cylinder pan around 360 is just fine! :)
GOCUBIC does NOT need to be installed!! It works right from it's exe and is a
very small
utility! I put it in My Programs and put a short cut on my desktop.
Once you have created your panoramic strip with vue, done any post you like in a
paint program,
SAVE AS THE HIGHEST QUALITY JPG for use in GoCubic.
Click to open GoCubic and follow the steps:

In spite of what it said on the GoCubic web site, the program
works fine with my QuickTime Pro
and my friend's later versions of QuickTime! The movie will NOT work with REALLY
old QT.
1. Click MAKE PANO and check mark Cylindrical (not default)
2. Click MAKE PANO again, and click Set Compression..
3. Slide to select HIGH and okay.
4. Click MAKE PANO again, MAKE PANO MOVIE - opens window to select your jpg
image.
AS soon as you select your movie you get another window:
