Travis has funny red specs especially in one eye, and his eyes are sinking in with age.
It breaks my heart, he is my one true love kitty of all cats in my life...we are soul mates!
On the other hand I am so grateful his health is pretty good for his age! He eats Feline ID
for his sensitive stomach and takes one Prednisone tablet a day to keep his tummy okay. I
can tell he has an upset tummy and his arthritic legs hurt him, but he will purr and still blink
lovey blinks at me! He is living a long, full and very protected indoor kitty life!
He is really scruffy too, and I brush/comb him as much as I can to try and help.
Sometimes he just sits or stands there and tries to remember what he is doing.
When he is sleeping (very very soundly these days) and I come into the room, he
will MEEOOOOW! really loud and startled as though he is almost surprised to
still be alive! But he is sooo happy to see me. I spend a lot more time these days
sitting on the "cat couch" with him and Nickie.
