The Gypsy Wagon by Helmut Schaub is what inspired this entire Vue 4 scene! The 3ds model I
downloaded from Helmut's site came without a map... but does break down into wagon parts in
Vue... so I could have mapped it there, using vue materials, but I opted for using it's natural
coloring, and then applying texture effects in photoshop post render. I also colored the wheel
rims gray there. The mule and Great Dane are my morphs, found at PlanIT3D site, the goats
are found in my section at our model store.   I chose vue's grass material for the ground and
hills, and then told it not to anti-alais the grass material.. then in photoshop, I did my "grass
thing" to "fluff" the grass up further. Not anti-aliasing gave the grass even more texture for
my process to grab onto, giving a little flowery effect! (a delightful surprise to me!) Aside from
the grass, the image was rendered in vue at "broadcast" render.  I did enhance the trees in
post a LOT - doing some saturation, burn to darken some areas, more sharpening in some, trying
to add more depth to them. There is some post on the figures too- The gypsy lady is Victoria I with
Lotus's texture, and Harvey's Cleo Power hair. The hair's trans maps did not come in with the
pz3 import (which I used extensively for the quickest way to get all the figures into Vue) - I don't
know how to apply a trans map in vue, if that is indeed possible at all. So I brushed out her hair
in post.  Want to see the gypsy girl close up, with all her hair trans maps working in vue? Click Image!
