One thing about chronic illnesses, it is not (normally) there in dreams... that is, there is no pain and I can dance, be pretty, have my furry children/boys all around me, be in heaven with them.... I do have some good dreams in full color - and it's a proven fact that dreams where you are strong and self confident carry those aspects over into one's waking life! .... )

The amazingly wonderful thing, is although I have "waking meditation dreams" like this (where I dance in my mind), that night, I slept long and well and had a REAL VIVID dream where I was aware I was WELL and I was living in a really beautiful house by the ocean, and horseback-riding along the coast with a wonderful male friend... and it was so real!! I woke up feeling GREAT!
