CAROUSEL DRAGONS

While I am learning how to model 3D dragons, my 'old' hand painted
Dragons come back in
many forms. These dragons started out as 2D stationery designs, and have finally
graduated to a
'real' carousel platform, via Bryce3D, with the top modeled in InfiniD. I never trained
formally
in InfiniD, and never read the manual. I just go into the editor, use the pencil
tool, and start making
lines! I am always amazed at the shapes that it creates, and many times the resulting
shapes will
actually inspire an image. (That happened with the Genie bottle in Free At Last!) I was
hoping for
a carousel top, when I selected the torus to start with. Then I went into the editor and
drew the
outline of the top, like the top of a tent, with rounded edges... and there it was!
